WHYFLY ROUTER
Any ethernet-only dual band wireless router will work with WhyFly. We offer the following options if you would like to get one through us – both are available as a one-time purchase or a monthly rental:
- MikroTik hAP ac2 (base model) – $80 purchase / $5 per month (covers up to 2000 square feet)
- MikroTik hAP ac3 (upgraded model) – $140 purchase / $10 per month (2,000 square feet and up)
Hardware purchased is guaranteed for 1 year after purchase date – Rentals are guaranteed for as long as you have the service.
For bigger spaces, you may want to mesh two routers together. Our techs will be able to recommend whether or not this is advisable during the install appointment.

What Is The ACP Program?
The ACP is a government program to assist low-income households in paying for internet service. You are likely eligible if your household’s income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line, or if you or someone you live with currently receives a government benefit like SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, WIC, Pell Grant, or Free and Reduced-Price Lunch. If you qualify, you are eligible for $30 toward your internet bill.
